Critical: ProfessionalismTerrible experience!! ZERO STAR!!I had booked an appointment for haircut and when I went there they said they can’t do it because the person who is supposed to do my haircut is out today. And when I asked if someone else can do it they said all are busy but there salon was empty so not sure where were they busy. After lot of discussion, they booked me for later time that day and again no one attended me when I went back. They made me wait for 30 mins and still no one assisted and that was it. I left the place without the haircut. I was very disappointed as I had to go an event next day and here I was with no haircut. They don’t value your time and money, don’t waste your time here.Terrible experience!! The folks here a just terrific. Willie has been cutting my hair for years. He is A#1 and is the man for flat tops and more. Debbie, Amanda, Jennifer, Elena, Bailey, Joy, all the other stylists and staff are the nicest people you’ll ever find. They are the tops in the industry.
