I have been the first time and will never come back again! Helen doesn’t know how cut long hair. She offered me to cut my hair off at least 4 inches to make the layers because she haven’t ever cut that long hair as mine , that was she said to me. I asked her to cut just one inch but she cut much more. I showed her a foto what I would like to get but she didn’t even try to follow that. I got totally different hair cut not like I desired. Also Helen wasn’t nice to my hair, she was nervous and mad I guess because I have very long and thick hair. Her behavior was very unprofessional. Sooo disappointed…
