Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityShear Vibe is wonderful! The salon is very cute and always clean. The staff always makes you feel comfortable, even in these trying times. Rachel is absolutely amazing! I drive an hour each way to get there and it is well worth it. I’ve done 2 different color styles and each time I was beyond happy with how she perfectly created exactly what I was looking for, even beyond what I expected. Shear Vibe is wonderful! The salon is very cute and always clean. The staff always makes you feel comfortable, even in these trying times. Rachel is absolutely amazing! I drive an hour each way to get there and it is well worth it. Rachel was my stylist and I showed her a few images of how I would like my hair cut and she was able to make my haircut look much better than I expected! Very professional and personal the whole time. I usually dread going into hair salons because I always feel like I’m going to be judged, but once I stepped foot into the salon I had never felt so comfortable. Everyone was very inviting and not judgmental, Nicole was incredible! She was wicked sweet and caring, she listened to everything I had to say and even when I was unsure of something she didn’t rush me, she helped me talk it through. I am in love with my hair cut and I will definitely be coming back again. I had to make a really quick appointment to fix a bad hair decision on my end and Nicole was so quick to help me make an appointment and fix the mistake. I usually dread going into hair salons because I always feel like I’m going to be judged, but once I stepped foot into the salon I had never felt so comfortable. Everyone was very inviting and not judgmental, Nicole was incredible! They completely revamped my bangs, which had suffered years of being butchered by other salons. Their stylists are so nice and accommodating and make great conversation.
