I had a really bad experience with Heather. I showed up for 2 appointments for extensions and both times she didn’t have them. When she finally did get them in they were fried. I sent her a picture the second day and she agreed. She knew my wedding was coming up and agreed that she would exchange them and put in new ones. She dragged things on and didn’t resond to my text messages until I had to find someone else to do it. After 2 months telling me she’d put me ones in I went into the salon and spoke with the owner who was polite. Only then did Heather respond to my messages and tell me that they were non refundable or exchangeable and she wasn’t willing to take personal responsibility for them. I basically lost $250 bc she charged me for twice the hair needed. I do not recommend you taking the risk with her.

I have anxiety about getting my hair cut or really doing anything to it but I needed it trimmed badly. I called and Megan answered all my questions, no matter how ridiculous lol. Got me in the next day and did amazing!
