Honestly it’s been about 2 months since I received my hair done from utopia. I wasn’t going to write a review at first but this has not been a great experience for me… 2 months passed and I still hate everything. I was a first time customer looking for a cut and color. I knew from the second I sat in the wash station i made the wrong decision going here. The lady who did my hair was telling me how much of an off / bad day she was having. That was a red flag from the start. I asked for brown hair and a long bob . My hair came out black and looked awful on my skin tone. I asked for a long bob so I can still put my hair in a bun or ponytail but she cut it too short so I just went with it. Whatever. Towards the end I felt very rushed… the hairdresser didn’t even blow dry my hair didn’t even ask me if I wanted it done! Who goes to a hair salon and walks out with a wet head???? Anyway the cut was awful did not fit my face at all.. about 2 months later my hair has gotten lighter but the cut is even worse than I thought. It’s completely uneven she cut some hair at the top of my head too short so it just sticks up all the time. I’m constantly having to put my hair back because of how awful it looks. I would never go back again and should not be rated 4.9 stars at all.

These beauticians hair stylist know what they’re doing they are the best. So happy I found both of them Shannon and Dottie. They definitely know hair. Thank you so much for taking the time to do my hair always looks beautiful and feels great. I get so many compliments after I leave your salon. I may have to fly you girls down to Florida to do my hair and take a little vacation that would be great. Because there’s no one like the two of you and also I understand you have a third person working there another young lady I heard she’s great too.
