In November 2007 we started out as a small Hair Salon/Spa that eventually morphed into a full blown Day Spa. Thus having to expand from 1600′ to 2400′ our Massage Therapists and Skin Care Specialist are well equipped to relax and pamper you. Also available are manicure (Natural Nails only) & pedicures, as well as waxing for both men and woman. We are a family owned business and have been operating in the town of Sebastian for almost 30 years. The name and location change, came at a time that a mother and daughter found their way through a re-creation of a business , and was named Shear Tranquility Shear -For Hair and Tranquility- for esthetics. 13 years in business at this location and going strong! Kelly was so friendly, personable & made me feel very comfortable and gave me an awesome cut! She gave me a couple tips to do @ home. I did what she suggested & my hair looks great. I am new to this area as well. Coming from Miami, I had a wonderful stylist and would travel to get my hair colored and cut. Then Covid happened. During the long stay at home I decided to BLEACH my long blonde hair myself. We all know how that turned out! A yellow- orange MESS! I was timid to try a new salon and stylist but I happened upon Kelly at Shear Tranquility. As knowledgeable as she is, she even brought in the owner of the shop to consult how to best attack the mess I brought them! They spoke in their own chemistry language back and forth and then settled on a plan of attack. Both ladies were so sweet, humble and extremely talented. I will NOT be traveling down to Miami anymore. I am so pleased with the result and the professionalism. Additionally, there is a darling little store within the Salon. Nothing pushed on you, just wonderful sparkly little things ( I am like a bug attracted to light)! There are also some very good deals with packages of hair care which the girls are also very honest and knowledgeable about. I can’t say enough! One last thing… the ART on the walls and ambiance. Beautiful place.

I have arthritis and I’ve had surgery on numerous joints so being in pain is the norm for me but I have felt great for the past several days since seeing Barbara. I will be seeing her on a regular basis from this point forward.

I had a great experience at Shear Tranquility. After having several bad hair cuts at my previous salon I was very anxious about trying a new salon not knowing how they would cut my hair. Gloria is fantastic and gave me the best haircut that I have ever had in all of my 70 plus years. I have received compliments from my friends and have already recommended Gloria to my dog groomer who just got another bad haircut from our previous salon.

Visited for the first time today. My daughter had her hair cut (bad with names but think Andre) and I had a Spa pedicure by Dana. I can’t speak highly enough about both! My daughter had an amazing cut and my pedicure was top notch. In fact after, my daughter said, “Mom your legs and feet look so healthy”. We also got to meet the Owner, Gloria, she was so down to earth and friendly. Dana was kind enough to give us a tour of the facility, amazingly beautiful and comfortable! My daughter asked Dana about products. Dana reviewed the product my daughter had her hair washed with, which she loved. We decided to buy 2 gift sets of the product she suggested. Then totally unexpected but truly appreciated, Dana offered me a free wash so I could make sure I liked the set I bought for myself. All I can say is WOW about this place all around. We will DEFINITELY BE BACK. My daughter says she has found her official stylist!
