We first discussed the cut I wanted and the shape, taking into account my face shape, hairline (for bangs), curl pattern (3b/3c), and preferences. She checked in for my input as she was cutting my hair, making sure it was exactly what we had discussed.Timing: Operated on time, but never made me feel rushed or like just another client. The time I scheduled with her was 100% dedicated to my hair.
