Carrie does a phenomenal job! She’s been doing my hair for years. I will never go to anyone else. She listens to what you want and and will deliver beautiful results. She is very knowledgeable on hair color and techniques. She knows products very we’ll and I’ve always listened to her advice! Believe me, buying good quality products to strengthen your hair and to keep the color and look is very important. The salon carries the best products and I never leave without!!! So, I’m posting this review after I called the salon to speak with the manager, Kim about my complaint, only to have her refuse to get on the phone or return my call. My daughter and I both went in for simple “haircuts” no layers, just trimmed on the bottom. Johnny, although a super nice guy, totally “jacked” our hair up! Please see attached photos, my daughters I tried to fix some because she was crying! Rude staff taking absolutely NO COVID precautions! To Kim the manager, it is very irresponsible of you to hire stylists who cannot give a simple haircut and then extremely unprofessional not to call someone back!

I’ve used this business before for myself and a couple times for my son but not enough that they would know who we are. Even though I thought they were a little bit pricey, I was in desperate need of a simple buzz cut for my TEN year old son. When we walked in we asked the receptionist if there was anybody currently available to cut my sons hair since we had not made an appointment. I was willing to except that no one could since we had not made an appointment but I figured I’d try. When she went back to ask if anybody would be available, one of the girls screamed across the entire salon “I can take him but they’re gonna have to wait because I’m busy” And then proceeded to scream “I’m not taking him if he’s kicking and screaming though. I’m not dealing with kicking and screaming”. Like I said I don’t come here on a regular basis so they don’t even know who my son was nor has he even acted like that previously with them. I ended up leaving immediately because I was so appalled and angry that she was talking about my 10-year-old son who absolutely does not act like that during a simple haircut…That was pretty much the last straw for me between the prices in the rude customer service.

So disappointing. We had a confirmed appointment with stylist Johnny. When we arrived (on time) we checked in with the receptionist. She let us sit for over 10 minutes before telling us that Johnny was running 20 minutes late. We patiently wait 20 minutes only for her to then actually walk back and check with Johnny to then inform us we’d need to wait another 30 minutes. We were informed Johnny accepted a color and highlight appointment right before us that pushed us back. This was extremely inconsiderate to someone who correctly booked an appointment and horrible customer service to allow us to wait 40 mins. before telling us it would be 30 mins more.

Carrie was a great stylist, lovely to meet and all but I thought when they said cut style on the website that included a blowout (as a styling option) so since it wasn’t I spent $60 and didn’t have money to tip her and I feel like really bad about it.

This has been on my mind for MONTHS..quite awhile ago I had a perm. I have long hair & the stylist was mad because they didn’t allow enough time. (I was in their computer because same stylist had trimmed my hair..obviously they didn’t have that my hair was long) ..I said I’d come back..she said no she’d do it. My hair is colored..I asked if it would damage it & she said no. Well my hair IS DAMAGED. I have not colored my roots..I feared further damage. She had been rude..arrogant & rushed around ..acted like it was my fault. I was generous with a tip for her & the young lady who helped. She didn’t deserve it. NEVER again!!! If you go..don’t have “B” do your hair..
