First visit and the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. Took my teen daughter to trim the ends of her long straight hair. We were 10 min late arriving but stylists don’t usually shampoo or blow dry just to trim the ends so the time shouldn’t have been a problem . Our stylist Tiffany didn’t greet us or ask what type of cut we wanted. She just said since we were late she couldn’t blow dry her hair. I tried to explain that we didn’t need a shampoo or really even a blow dry. She said she would cut it dry. She refused to even spray the hair damp saying she didn’t have time. She then spent 10 minutes and gave my daughter the worst cut I’ve ever seen. The bottom of her hair was noticeably choppy and uneven. I complained but rather than have Tiffany fix the cut we left and immediately went across the parking lot to Great Clips. Val at Great Clips was wonderfully nice and happy to help us. We got better service and a much better cut at Great Clips than at Shear Talent.

Angie Cater is the only person I have allowed to touch my hair for years. I make the trip from Atlanta just to see her. She is a miracle worker on my hair! Angie has always cut/colored my hair, but has also done updo’s for events over the years. She keeps me looking good and always does exactly what I ask for. Angie always accommodates my schedule when making appointments and goes the extra mile with customer service.
