I went in wanting a specific hair cut, I had several pictures of it. My hair was long, about 4 inches above my waist. I thought I had enough hair to do about any cut. I came out with the complete opposite hair do. The top was about an inch long, and the longest was above my shoulders! I was told, after she had cut most of my hair off that my hair could not be cut to match the pictures I had brought. I have cried because of this several times.
