I took my granddaughter for a haircut a couple years ago. We had to.wait. Fine. After 15 minutes we were told it would be another 20 minutes. We left and came back. The stylist was still primping the hair of the same young lady. Another 15 minutes of being ignored and after someone else came in ,THEY we’re seated for a haircut. I haven’t been back. We were totally ignored.

I had gotten my haircut at another salon in town today and it was horrifying to the point of tears. I walked into shear style and asked them to please fix it as I just couldn’t look like I did (like the mushrooms you jump on in Mario brothers). Tia created a beautiful pixie cut in no time and saved the day (and month for that matter!) That place and that girl rocks!! #ask4tia

Critical: ProfessionalismDon’t advertise anywhere that they don’t welcome walk-ins. Claim that it’s the law even though other salons, even in town allow walk-ins. Sat there for 30 minutes before anyone even noticed I was there. Such poor treatment. I’m not even mad about the “no walk-in” policy.
