My name is Juliann. I am located in the Bolingbrook promenade. I have been a licensed cosmetologist in a State of Illinois since 2006. Went back to barbering school in 2020 and am a licensed Barber in the State of Illinois as of October 2021. I provide all men, women and children services. Juliann is 100% worth every penny. I was referred by a friend of mine and super nervous to have my hair in someone that is new in their hands. She is extremely personable, friendly, funny, and I felt she really listened to what I wanted done. Turned out beautifully & I have no regrets. Thanks Juliann for your superb customer service! My next appointment is already made!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTerrible! Rude! Wish I would have listened to my friends on her Poor customer service! She did not show up for an appointment that was made a week before . She said because I did not respond to a text the day before. Really what business just does not show up then said did not show up all day had no appointments! Really you charges are twice the price of anyone. You charge if you ask for highlights then a style most businesses give it to you not you ! Charge extra 25 dollars if you do not want to walk out with wet hair. Omg was trying to help her with business but she has to work on customer service and prices. Also, show up for ur appointment you made with your customer. I tried to talk to her before our confrontation as I had friends saying they tried her and she was rude. I feel terrible for her. She does have some great skills but, not showing up for an appointment is terrible. I spoke to the owner of the studios and found someone else that is there all day an said has gotten a couple of her customers due to her lack of customer service.
