Went to penny before not the first time she did what I didn’t want didn’t even do my hair right my hair was past my butt and thanks to penny not knowing what she was doing firstly I wasted 80 dollars and secondly she killed my hair so badly I had to go to salon 828 and thanks to Angie Mintz my hair looks better who puts 5 bowls of 30 volume bleach on half of someone’s head and expects it not to kill their hair apparently penny she didn’t even do what I wanted personally I want my 80 dollars back definitely not worth my money!!!!! And definitely DO NOT THINK ANYONE SHOULD GO HERE!!! THEY WILL MESS YOUR HAIR UP!!!
