Critical: ProfessionalismMy 4 year old had a appointment with Sylvia @3:30 I arrived @3:40 due to a bad accident I got there coming from COLUMBIA and this lady did not try to a Accommodate me at all she was very rude and unprofessional!! Not to mention wen I got there she was still doing box braids ♀️ ♀️Please do not waste your time she’s not worth it
