Britney is absolutely amazing at what she does. I always leave Shear Rio happy. Britney listens to what I want, and figures out the best way to deliver. Her work always meets, and exceeds my expectations. The salon is super cute, welcoming, and professional. I love that I can have a fresh cup of coffee while I get my hair done. This is the perfect family salon too. I take my kids to Britney, and they love her, and that they can watch movies or play games while getting their hair done.

The day of the appointment I reach out to verify the time and service, and the stylist informs me she is out sick and is canceling roughly 4 hours before the appointment. The day of the appointment I reach out to verify the time and service, and the stylist informs me she is out sick and is canceling roughly 4 hours before the appointment. Now my daughter can’t get a haircut or color for her 13th birthday, and I don’t have time to make a new appointment anywhere. SUPER unprofessional! Wasn’t sure how a new Salon and Hairdresser were going to work for me. Just getting in from Montana and having hair that does not preform like it should with color, kind of made me nervous. I read reviews and decided to request an Appointment. They got back to me the very next morning being that they were closed. You walk in and it is a spacious, cozy salon. I was greeted by the owner and my Style Technician for the next hour and a half. Brittany was extremely friendly and put you at ease. She assessed the situation and colored it exactly the way I asked. I usually have to restyle after I am done, but NOT HERE. Brittany knew exactly what she is doing. I suggest if you don’t want to worried about getting someone who is not educated enough to trust something that has a direct effect on your self esteem, that you call Shear Rio and book with Brittany!

Britney is amazing. She took the time to listen and watch a video of a specific haircut I wanted. Then cut my hair just like she saw. I have never been to a salon that someone puts that much effort into a haircut and Britney did. I love my hair cut. She did EXACTLY what I wanted her to do with my hair, and even helped me out when I couldnt decide what to do with my bangs. I had a terrible haircut at a different place before the covid thing happened. As soon as Shear Rio opened I called to make an appointment. I was pretty nervous about getting my hair cut again, but Shear Rio has really good reviews. I can see why!! Megan cut my hair and she was awesome!
