Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI always see Alisha every single time I go in to get my hair done! She always does an amazing job and gives me exactly what I ask for. I lived in VA and now FL and I drive up here to get just to have her do my hair. I wouldn’t want anyone else! She’s just simply amazing at what she does!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality”Shear Professionals” is not “professional”.No management (literally) No one to answer the phone – you have to leave a message and good luck getting your request answered in a timely way. I asked for a certain haircut that maybe took some time with de-bulking , layering and angling to create a long layered bob. What I got was a trim with nothing else. The stylist gave me her card and would not return my phone calls to re-schedule to fix it. Because she would not call me back I had to make a special trip into the salon to make an appointment. I told them if she doesn’t want to do this I would have to ask for the money back for the cut because I have to have it done somewhere else. They said there is no management (all independent) no receptionist. Each stylist works independently and she could not help me I would have to talk to her. She would not return my calls! I am sorry to put this review in but I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my life of haircuts! I am stuck with a messy blob of a haircut (not to mention I paid a lot for it!) Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityProbably the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life and I wish I could post these pictures of my hair. Do not and I repeat do not go to Alisha. Both times I have been to her I had to go back. First time was an uneven haircut and highlight lines in the front of my hair and this time so many lines in my hair from the bleach and it’s not even blonde is orange. I told her I wanted to grow it out and they she cut off too much of my hair last time and she went against what I said and chopped my hair off so much that I can not even get a curling iron on it. She refused a refund and after blaming me and saying she knew I would not be happy and how I make her uncomfortable and by me telling her some other hair stories that all I do is complain. Please look at my Facebook for these horrible pictures of my hair and the way she responded to me. I just filed a small claims against her for hair repair costs and punitive damage. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life and I wish I could post these pictures of my hair. Do not and I repeat do not go to Alisha. Both times I have been to her I had to go back. What’s not funny is that I didn’t feel like I could stand up for myself at the salon and I even gave my hair dresser a tip! I’m so sad. I don’t even know what to do. Disappointed is an understatement. The hair cut I asked for and the one I received are so different it’s almost funny. What’s not funny is that I didn’t feel like I could stand up for myself at the salon and I even gave my hair dresser a tip! I’m so sad. I don’t even know what to do.
