Critical: ValueI am very disappointed with the way Samantha dealt with a customer. The customer left the salon heartbroken with her hair ruined. Samantha did not do a strand test and decided it was okay to blame the customer for her mistake. This is unacceptable for the price she paid and was denied a refund. Do not do business here.

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySamantha shouldn’t even be working here. She’s not professional at all. She literally fried one of her customers hair and didn’t care about it. She damaged her poor hair and pretended nothing happened. Her customer contacted her multiple times asking kindly if she could refund some money and Samantha did not want to.

Kim was a little late maybe 5 minutes. My hair came out nice. The reason I gave a low score was she is really bad at getting back when you text her. It took me 3 texts to have her contact me back. Then after my appointment I’ve texted her back to ask quey and she doesn’t get back. Not sure why unless it’s a problem but I’d expect at least a text back. It’s not good business to not reply asap so customers don’t feel ignored. Maybe she only selects certain people that she wants to do business with . Not sure.
