My first going to this salon and my experience was beyond amazing! I attempted to cut my hair myself but completely ruined it, my husband gave this salon a call close to their closing time and I was able to get in straight away! If you have hair that is wavy or curly at all, this is NOT the place for you. I had seriously the most crooked and uneven hair cut here and ended up going to another salon to get it fixed (resulting in much, much shorter hair than planned, ha!). Service here wasn’t especially friendly either, with the staff only talking among themselves. Big thumbs down.

Do not go here!!! I went here to get a simple shoulder length haircut, showed pictures as examples, and before I even finished saying what I wanted, the owner (I’m assuming) started cutting my hair. Immediately I noticed it was shorter than what I wanted and said that wasn’t what I asked for, but she kept cutting my hair. She then began thinning my hair out and I told her to stop and that it wasn’t what I wanted. She then started cutting the back shorter to angle the hair cut, I again told her that is not what I asked for, and again was ignored. I finally asked her to stop and that I wanted to leave and she kept telling me to relax and let her finish. I then pointed out that it was so short that I couldn’t even put it up anymore into a pony tail, and she gripped my hair so tight (ripping hair out in the process) to show me that it could be put up (half of my hair wasn’t even in her hand). After I was on the verge of tears, I told her to stop and I got up and made sure to let me know it was still $20. Please save yourself the tears and embarrassment of a horrible haircut and go somewhere else. I should have listened to the other terrible reviews.

Terribly inconsistent. Always get a new lady to cut. Last few times they’ve butchered my haircut and only spent at most 5 mins doing it. Spend the extra few $$$ and go somewhere else. Haircut

Went to get a hair cut yesterday an emphasized that I didn’t want to cut off too much and only wanted around an inch off and for my hair to still go below my eyebrow. My hair is now an inch above my eyebrow and it was hugely uneven when I left – I had to fix it myself when I got home. The hairdresser took a whole 5-7 minutes for my haircut as her friend walked in while I was getting mine cut and was distracted talking to them for the rest of my haircut. I was shocked when she started to take the hair apron cover so early on… Usually, I have a great experience here but I don’t think I will be back

Left after 15 minutes when she called up a man that came in 2 people after me. There were 4 of us waiting for a mens haircut. Very frustrating. Charges a good price though.
