Called to make an appointment and never used them before told the person that answered I needed a haircut they didn’t ask any questions just made it with one of the stylist. She must be very inexperienced I gave her a picture of an old hairstyle I had before and she butchered me! How can you see a picture on the same persons head and screw it up this bad? It will grow back but in the mean time I hate it!!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismUsually I’m not one to complain, but I felt highly offended when trying to make an appointment for a simple haircut. I’ve always given their new stylist a chance to work on me with no hesitation but apparently if that stylist stops working there all of a sudden I’m considered a new client and nobody will see me. The appointment was made and later I was called back to cancel it for that reason (even though I said I didn’t care whoI saw). Later that day a post is made about an opening being available for “color”, for anyone to call and take. So all that tells me is they only want to see you if it will benefit them but not to make existing clients happy. I LOVE this salon. Katie is my stylist and she’s amazing! I have never seen anyone who colors hair as well as she does. Honestly all the stylist there are top notch; if you follow Shear Perfection on fb you’ll see how talented they all are. I take my son as well he’s 8 and always leaves with a smile on his face. You can tell that they all stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques which really sets them apart from most of the other salons around. I’ve been going there for about a year and a half and have came to know all the ladies and I will never go to another salon. Ashley is always easy to get in touch with and accommodating even when they’re closed.

A wonderful hair salon! All of the stylist are professional and respect the time a client has reserved. They are on time and give you their full attention while you are there. Wonderful experience from everyone beginning with my encounter with the sweet girl at the front desk, to Katie Sears who spent so much time making my color and time there perfect, to all the girls there I came in contact with. It was such a wonderful time at the salon that I have already rescheduled and I absolutely loved my hair color. I can’t wait to get my color done again next month !
