My wife a cancer survivor made her very first hair appointment since treatment with these folks. she made the appointment was talking about it all weekend and showed up today at the schedule time. No one can find the stylist My wife was stood up!!!! She had to sit there and wait for an Uber because I was at home on a video conference call for work… we planned the entire event from a timing perspective. A Uber arrived and my wife was leaving Then a team member came out saying oh we have the stylus on the phone and she thought the appointment was Tuesday she wants to apologize well too late thanks for disappointing my wife ever such a Harrowing experience that she’s lived through over the past year Do not go to the salon!

I booked an appointment for a cut and color. Very unprofessional salon. This would have been my first visit to the salon. On the morning of scheduled service I received a call from the stylist who would be providing my service telling me she was involved in a lengthy color process and would be taking much longer than anticipated and could no longer do my hair. She asked if she could reschedule my 11:00 am appt to 3:00 pm with another stylist to which I agreed. Fifteen minutes prior to the rescheduled time I received a call from that stylist asking if I could push the appt back another 40 minutes. Needless to say, I was totally put off by the lack of professionalism and decided this was not the salon for me. The management/ownership of this salon should be embarrassed that a client was treated in this manner. Buyer beware if you decide to schedule with this salon.
