Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAmanda bleached my ENTIRE head when my hair was not far off from what I wanted. Went back and told her this is not what I wanted and instead of trying to recreate the inspiration she colored it in permanent (not semi) dye which gave me hot roots. Never styled my hair after she was done and let me walk out with wet hair. $230 and 2 hairstylists later I got it back to a dark brown. thanks to her I no longer have my healthy hair. NEVER go to her. You will regret it.Update: owner of salon reached out to me 5 months later offering tips for my damaged thinning hair. Still unsatisfied with Amanda’s work. I haven’t been to any of the other stylists, hopefully they have more common sense than to leave bleach on my hair for almost 4 hours like Amanda did. Amanda bleached my ENTIRE head when my hair was not far off from what I wanted. Went back and told her this is not what I wanted and instead of trying to recreate the inspiration she colored it in permanent (not semi) dye which gave me hot roots.
