My trim was acceptable, but the stylist burned my scalp with the hair dryer, didn’t notice they brushed a knot into my hair, and the bill was $6 more than I was quoted on the phone, and not itemized, nor were the available services and costs explained or posted. Also the salon was rather messy.

Newer to the area, I was a walk-in client of Shear Perfection and I was shocked at the environment of the business. I was barely acknowledged when I got there and not because they were busy with clients but busy with their phones. There was a lot of profanity and inappropriate talk in front of customers for place advertised as a family salon. The cleanliness of the salon was far from clean as there was leftover food piled on the coffee table by the couch where I waited and had to shoo fruit flies away from my face. Prices were extremely reasonable however I won’t be returning.

I have been going to Charlene for as long as I can remember and I have always had an amazing great experience. With all the other available salon’s in the area, if I was not satisfied I would not keep going back, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly and you are treated like family.
