She listened to what I wanted, studied the pictures I gave her of ideas I had, gave me her professional opinion about the style and color that would be best suited for me, and helped me to achieve the perfect cut and color! The lady was very nice but this is the worst haircut I have ever had in my entire life! I specifically told her that I didn’t want thick bangs. I even showed her where the last place (Wal-Mart) cut way too many bangs. I also showed her an old picture of myself with my thin bangs, just the way I like them. She ended up cutting the whole front of my head in bangs! Not only that but rather than the long bangs like I showed her she cut them so short I can’t do anything with them! It is a real shame when Wal-Mart salon cuts hair better than a private salon. I am so embarrassed I don’t even want to go out in public! I would NOT recommend this salon!!!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I bought a Groupon for Shear Perfection. I tried SEVERAL times to schedule an appointment. I left text messages, I called and left several voice mails to callback and I never got a response. I even went by to see if I could schedule an appointment, and her hours stated that she was open but she was closed. My Groupon expired and I lost money! Unprofessional.

After waiting 45 mins past my scheduled appt time (not counting the 10 mins I arrived early)…my hair is a disaster. I asked for blonde highlights and received two concentrated highlights around my face and barely any in my hair. The cut is also horrible. I asked for layers on top and now one side is shorter than the other side.
