This place gave me the worst experience with a cut. I have spent the last 2 years growing my hair out to be an even length with only getting trims here and there so I can get layers and the cut I’ve been wanting. I was severely disappointed after paying the lady $30. However, she did refund me my money. But not without an argument and making it seem like I did something to my hair after leaving. I took pictures of it only 20-30 minutes after leaving the salon and playing with it a bit when I got home to see how it looked styled. (We ALL do this!) The hairstylist (Jenni) was not very pleasant when I let her know I was not happy with my cut. I understand sometimes it happens, but to tell me “you had a lot of damage and different lengths when you came in” which are false by the way! I did have a LITTLE damage and some split ends, because that’s what happens to hair! But irregardless that should not effect the end result! The point of a salon is to FIX those issues right? Also my hair was all one length with the exception of being a tad shorter in front where I have been growing out my bangs! I actually happened to have taken a before picture the day before. Because I was prepared to show off my hot new look! Instead I sat on my bathroom floor crying because of my awful hair cut! Never will I ever go back nor recommend this place. And to top it all off, when I came in to get my refund, her and the other ladies were whispering and giving me dirty looks. And then she had proceeded to ask me if I dyed my hair since I had left because she could have sworn it was orange the day before! I have brown hair with greys popping out! EVEN IF I had!!! How would that make a difference in the cut she gave me? Very unprofessional and rude! I honestly just don’t think she knows what to do with long hair! It took her an hour to cut and I was beginning to get the vibe that she wasn’t really sure what she was doing. So my advice, especially if you have long hair. Do NOT go to this place!
