If I could give this place 0 stars… I would. The owner of this salon RUINED my hair… Not only did I end up having to cut off 16 inches of my hair total and got chemical burns as well as scars to prove it… She actually had the nerve to still charge me for the “work” she did. Do NOT let the owner anywhere near your hair! The other girls who work at the salon should be the only ones doing hair! The owner should sell the business so that it could be run properly by someone who actually knows what they are doing.

This place is super great and I have a specific person that does my eyebrows, but she wasnt there one of the days I came in so I decided to go to another one that was available. While she was doing my eyebrows, she was telling me personal stories and she had another guest in the room with her. I think that’s very unprofessional and shouldn’t be allowed because the employee is suppose to focus on the customer and give them the best service. When she was doing my eyebrows she made one of them thinner than the other quite noticeable and left the top of my left eyebrow unwaxed… I’m not one to complain or say anything but this needs to be noticed so it doesnt happen again and the employee is focused.

I have been there twice for my nails and both times it was a horrible experience. Both times the shape of the nails were lumpy and they use an inferior product. This last time I got fungus in 5 nails only after a week. Don’t waste your money!
