I hate to write negative reviews about small black woman owned businesses but…my hair was ruined here. I went here to get my microlocks interlocked, paid $170 for microlock interlocking and they were interlocked together making them double in size. I didn’t realize until I took my style down. I reached out to the owner and even went up to show her. She told me we could undo it and I scheduled an appointment. We had to reschedule for the snow but then I was ghosted when trying to confirm prior to the day we discussed. I had to spend $250 at another salon only to find out it cannot be undone and that they weren’t interlocked correctly as the roots were not together. I grew my hair out for 2 years just to have this style and now I’m stuck with a style I did not want which is really disheartening.
