I got my haircut 5 weeks ago with Lindsie and then a week and half ago I called and left her a message and she never bothered to call back. I called today to see if I could get an appt today and the person said I have nothing what other day can you come this week. I asked for today not some other time this week. No wonder the reviews are terrible.

Critical: Quality, ValueI pay 55 dollars for tanning. When I called the lady told me I could tan everyday. To find out there not open Sunday and Monday they close early Saturday so u can truly only tan Tuesday-Friday that is if u work like me. They are not very nice. They ask me how long I want to tan. Before I get my lotion on the bed starts so that takes about 3 mins out of my tanning so I get to tan 4 days and my time is dropped down because they start the bed to soon. The room is dark so it’s hard to see. When I call for a appointment they try to put me in the lay down bed. I pay for the stand up. It wouldn’t be a big deal but I pay more for the stand up.I checked out a couple places and I can tan cheaper at planet fitness and work out. To find out there not open Sunday and Monday they close early Saturday so u can truly only tan Tuesday-Friday that is if u work like me. They are not very nice. They ask me how long I want to tan. sent my husband for a haircut….he come back looking like a pineapple. they left the top way too long and cut up the sides WAY too far. one side was longer than the other and it was sticking straight out on one side. will not recommend this place. they did a horrible job. i had to fix it myself and im not a stylist. its sad i cant send him for a simple haircut. they also told him $15 but charged him $20 on the card. if that was a tip it wasnt deserved ♀️

This was my first and last visit to this salon. I didn’t have an appointment so I called to see if they could work me into their schedule. They got me in right away. The girl that cut my hair didn’t wash or even wet it. She tugged her comb through my hair. It was such a miserable experience. She cut my bangs too short and they were uneven. The rest of the haircut was ok. This disappointing cut cost me $17 plus tip. I could have had an equal or better cut at a cut rate salon for a fraction of what I was charged. I will not go back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI made an appointment four days in advance. Showed up on the day of my appointment and they didn’t have me on the schedule . No apology…just a nasty look!
