Critical: QualityWhen in for an A-line when Teresa Dunn first cut my hair it was uneven and I told her about it and she tried to fixed she gave me a mirror to look at the back but didn’t fully turn my chair to look at it good and then she went one to curling my hairs then later in the day I when I got home I straighten my hair to see how it looked straight and that’s when one of my sisters noticed it was very uneven and took a picture so I could see.I called in to see if I could get a refund and she told me they don’t offer that and she swears that she had done a good job she didn’t know how it happened because when I left it was straight it doesn’t even look like an A-line haircut. Critical: QualityThis was the first haircut I have been able to get since the pandemic started. I had such a nice time chatting with Theresa and getting to know her that I hate to leave a bad review. But my haircut was terrible. My daughter got her haircut as well, and it was not much better. I know everyone can have bad days, and I hope of all hopes that this was just a bad day for her. I was pretty shocked at how bad it was, so I just left. She didn’t seem like she was experienced. I also have never had anyone try and fix my hair with dry shampoo. I didn’t mind paying her as she did spend some time with us. I came in on Tuesday, and today, Thursday went and got my hair cut fixed elsewhere. This was the first haircut I have been able to get since the pandemic started. I had such a nice time chatting with Theresa and getting to know her that I hate to leave a bad review.
