I will never let anyone cut or color my hair aside from her, and no one will ever touch my eyebrows except for her! She listens to what I want, provides input and sets realistic expectations. I’ve had multiple surgeries in the past that temporarily made it impossible for me to wash my hair. She was aware of these surgeries in advance and got me in her books and never once made me feel bad about it. I absolutely love Victoria and the quality of her services. I will never let anyone cut or color my hair aside from her, and no one will ever touch my eyebrows except for her! She listens to what I want, provides input and sets realistic expectations. I’ve had multiple surgeries in the past that temporarily made it impossible for me to wash my hair. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe morning of my initial appt Victoria had to cancel due to illness. She seemed to try to work it out to get me in by rescheduling for me to come in after work at a later date.On the rescheduled appt day, Victoria failed to respond to phone calls and text messages. I sat outside her suite for 30+ min waiting. I would not recommend her at all due to her lack of communication and inability to respond.
