Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had a great experience. Jennifer did a great job fixing my hair. After I went to a Salon that destroyed my hair. I just asked for long layers and curtain bangs. Nothing was done the way I wanted. Thank God for Jennifer she gave me everything I wanted in my haircut. She is a life saver. Jennifer knows her stuff when it comes to cutting layers. I regret going anywhere else but her. Next time I will just wait for Jennifer. Never again will I get my haircut anywhere else. I had a great experience. Jennifer did a great job fixing my hair. After I went to a Salon that destroyed my hair. I just asked for long layers and curtain bangs. Nothing was done the way I wanted. I really hate to give a low rating to this place but the prices have raised at a rate, with no posted notice or indication from the people working there until after the haircut. My wife and I typically go in together, I get a standard hair cut and she gets a side shave. As of 1 month ago this was $26, $16 for me and $10 for her. We would leave a tip of $9-$14 depending on budgeting that month. Today that same combo of haircuts, the same ones we have been getting for over a year, was $36 pre tip! It was only after getting it cut we were told of the price jump. Going up a dollar or two for mine is understandable but nearly doubling the price of my wife’s cut without notice is just unacceptable. It turned what should have been a good tip for our hair stylist into nothing. When there is good competition around for a better price it is hard to continue to justify spending money here and the increased price with no notice solidified the choice to go somewhere else.

Every time I come in they are quick, efficient, price right, and I love my hair afterwards. I am a picky person too. Not sure why anyone would say they are expensive. They are very reasonable. Have you seen the prices in Fresno for a hairstyle?

I always have great service. I go to Ashley for my color and cuts, but all of the girls have their specialties. They even have the veteran girls monitor the work of the newer girls to ensure you’re going to get a job well done. They are usually busy because they do an amazing job so make an appointment for color or to avoid waiting. In addition they also do amazing color corrections. If you aren’t a phone person they do accept walk ins and do plenty of mens hair cuts as well! I see just as many men as I do women in there so men don’t be shy!
