The only person in Douglas that can turn my dark brown hair a beautiful platinum blonde, even if it’s been box dyed is Holly at shear madness. I swear by her! I’ve been using her for years! I’ve had some bad experiences with other professionals in the area, and Holly NEVER disappoints!
