Went on the weekend before Thanksgiving. Whoa was it a war zone! You couldn’t see the kids in the back and it sounded as if the moment they stepped back there some pinched them. But once we got back there it was clearly understood as to why the kids were crying. Parents actually brought kids here who had terrible experiences in the past with other shops. The seats were so comforting for both our boys. Paw Patrol , 4 Wheelers and all kids of cool seats. Videos for the kids to watch and even when the kids wouldn’t calm down, the stylist were extremely professional and worked with both the parents and children to get the job finished through a difficult situation. Jay was our stylist and she was patient as well as attentive to the boys, in a manner that made them comfortable. She took her time, but was timely at the same time. In Did I just say time 3 times in a sentence? She was the best stylist we’ve had since the boys were born, we’ve found our new place, had to drive 40 miles to get there, but definitely worth it.

Arey took care of my son and I couldn’t have asked for a better person. He’s 20 months old and hasn’t had this done before. I feel bad she has to deal with him crying and screaming and trying to squirm away the whole time, but she didn’t bat an eye and was very patient and friendly and kept trying to talk to him and keep calm the whole time. It’s his first haircut and he is not a fan of new things out new people, so I was afraid it was going to be a disaster. Shear madness was the perfect place to go though! very professional, very helpful, and very understanding. Loved all the people there! Thank you so much to them!

Lots of fun car-themed chairs for kiddos to sit in, tv to distract them, and some stylists have bubbles, too! My toddler has had two cuts there and both stylists did a good job considering how uncooperative my child was. Nice place!
