We also have regular chairs to cut older children and adults hair, we just don’t provide highlighting or color services. We do offer temporary color that washes out. We also provide Spa Manicures, Spa Pedicures, Ear Piercings, and Birthday Parties. We have the largest selection of hair accessories in Central Iowa, hair care products formulated specifically for children and fun gifts & toys.

Lonnie smith is absolutely positively amazing when it comes to my babies, I mean she’s amazing about multi tasking I.e cutting hair and keeping my daughter’s hair all while keeping a conversation with my wife , and with my boys she does the impossible by keeping them still in the chair ( all three of my boys are super hyperactive) entertained and smiling all while cutting their hair and turning them from my little mop heads into dapper little gentlemen and for that I’m absolutely greatfull! I can not recommend this business enough! Bre was the woman who cut my almost two year olds hair. She was beyond patient with him. He really made her work for that haircut and she still was smiling and made the experience pleasant for my son. We had the first hair cut package where they give you two copies of the before and after pictures and locks of his for a keepsake. This will be the place my kids will go that i know will make it a pleasant experience for them.

It’s kind of a mixed bag. Our fist experience was good but our second I was not impressed. Dusty did a nice job on hair but acted like it was the last place she wanted to be- zero compassion from the first minute. Alisha was much nicer but my sons bangs are so uneven it’s insane she has a license. They both acted like they were In a huge hurry and there were hardly any people in the salon. I will say my kids weren’t the best behaved (they’re 2 and 3) but they really didn’t impress me.

Awesome place to take the kids. They are super patient with the little ones and they do an awesome job. I brought my 4yr and my 12yr old here and they loved it. My 12yr old played video games and my 4yr old watched a movie while they had their hair cut. It helped keep them still and entertained. They offer so much stuff aside from haircuts as well. Definitely check it out.

This was my second time taking my daughter here. All of the staff are fantastic. The hairdresser we had Ashley was very comforting to my 3yr old and worked well with her to make sure she was comfortable. I showed her a picture of what I wanted a time and she nailed it. She definitely went above and beyond.

This is our 4th time being here, the first time was okay, the 2nd and 3rd time were amazing, but this 4th time was awful. We got the same person as the first time we came. Lonnie should NOT be cutting hair. She trimmed around my sons ears, higher on one side than the other and had to fix it and now my sons hair looks like a bowl cut. For how much you charge for haircuts, this is NOT okay. We will not be back.
