Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m absolutely HEARTBROKEN for my daughter, Ariel Lee who’s been growing her hair out for over a year to get enough length for a long-awaited special style of which she brought in a picture for reference. The stylist unapologetically cut off 7 in of her hair after my daughter had specifically stressed no length be removed. The stylist response was that my daughter’s hair wasn’t as long as she was claiming it was. So we have produced, on Facebook, pictures from the day before this unfortunate hair appointment proving the before followed by the shocking after photos. To my knowledge, as of today’s date 10-15-20 there has as of yet been no acknowledgment of wrongdoing whether due to misunderstanding, lack of experience, unintentional mishap, or unprofessionalism. The situation was brought to Management’s attention (in person) and was blatantly disregarded and dismissed as the blame was essentially directed at the “customers faulty thinking in believing her hair was not as long as she was claiming”. You (Shear Madness) wrongly cut, severed,(against her will) something very precious from this young ladies body. The pictures speak for themselves ladies.
