Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI was referred to this salon by a friend. I have been using Brittney ever since! I literally have no anxiety when she does my hair because I know it’ll always turn out perfectly. I always get blonde highlights and the color is always spot on and I leave with my hair still feeling healthy, unlike in the past at other salons. I previously used another salon in the area that “specializes” in blonde, and I left with orange hair! I learned then that it was worth the wait to use Brittney if she was booked up. I don’t know how she does it, but she gets me in and out pretty quickly compared to other salons in the past. I was referred to this salon by a friend. I have been using Brittney ever since! I literally have no anxiety when she does my hair because I know it’ll always turn out perfectly. I always get blonde highlights and the color is always spot on and I leave with my hair still feeling healthy, unlike in the past at other salons. Critical: ProfessionalismI walked into salon 2 weeks ago to get quick hair color. I was told they were booked out for 2 weeks, so i scheduled an appt with Kayse. Kayse by the way was excellent as it was my first time with her and was very satisfied how she cut my hair. Luckily I called ahead of time to add another service and ended up funding out that they scheduled me with someone else. The girl on the phone then told me that I had to reschedule for another week out like it was my fault for making their mistake. I have a wedding to go to and I just cancelled altogether. I walked into salon 2 weeks ago to get quick hair color. I was told they were booked out for 2 weeks, so i scheduled an appt with Kayse. Kayse by the way was excellent as it was my first time with her and was very satisfied how she cut my hair.
