Critical: Quality, ValueIf I could give no stars I would. I went in with purple hair and my hair was ONE length. (Yes it might not have been striaght because it was a home cut but it was ONE length) I wanted the purple out and wanted a cut. Well lets just say $300 later..I STILL had purple and the cut was terriable. I have let it grown out for about a month now and im currently at another salon and the cosmetologist said they should be reported to the board because the back is so messed it. It was a shelf cut and there are more than one shelves in the back. Thank goodness my hair had been able to be put up for the last month. I did make another appt to come back in two days later but did not due to be scared it would get messed up even more. For $300 and 8 hours of my time…this is robbery and I was so upset. I was wondering why the lady curled my hair when I was done and the cosmetologist I am at now said it was because “she saw how bad the back was and didnt want you to see it”. Which makes sense. The Auburn and brown she showed me on her phone was not at all what my hair looked like at the end. I was so upset. I was also told that I did not have to wear a mask and the stylist did not wear one.No one was wearing a mask, even customers. I had Spalt and the schwarzkopf in my hair. I did not want to pay for more color because I had spent $300 already. I did not want to come back in because you said that you would cut “en point” to try and blend but that would require taking more off my hair which was already cut too short with layers and shelf cuts that were uneven. I am unable to even do a pony tail because half stays and half falls out due to it being uneven. She is not bashing but explaining what is wrong because I asked why my hair was so butched and asked what was done wrong. I explaines what I didbto my hair and showed before and after and even showed thebpicture that I was not old my hair would look like and it didnt. I already reported this to the BBB because I am mad all over again after getting another professional opinion on this. When someone pays $300 for a professional job, thats what is expected, a professional job. If you would have said I wouldnt have to pay for more color to get the purple out which was the entire reason I came and that not recommened cutting off more of an already short messed up cut theb maybe I would have been willing to come back.
