This was my first time at Shear Love Salon and let me just say, the place looks beautiful. My stylist Julie did an absolutely amazing job! I wanted to get ready for fall so she suggested we go for a soft and warm chestnut tone to add depth and dimension to my hair and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I made sure to take home with me one of their treating masks because my hair has never felt this soft and healthy. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back!

Absolutely LOVE this salon. This was my first time here and it smelled wonderful when I walked in! I have always had bad experiences at other salons I’ve tried over the years so I was nervous again walking into a new place. Genta made me feel so welcomed and I knew she really wanted to help me be happy with my hair unlike my other experiences. I could not be happier with my experience at this salon and with Genta! I have never gone back to the same salon twice and at the end of my cut I booked my follow up appointment. A great environment and she is such a wonderful stylist. I’m in love with my hair again! I HIGHLY recommend!!

Best Salon/Stylist I have ever been to. I had the worst color from a previous salon and many salons denied it because they said it wasn’t able to get fixed. As soon as I walked into the salon Genta was positive and understanding of what I wanted the whole time. Not only did she fix my color but it was better than I could’ve ever imagined. She is so amazing and has such talent! Genta is kind and patient and really cares about her clients more than anything! I will recommend her to anyone who is looking to do something with there hair!

Made a first time appt for my 9 yo son for a sat. for his bday party and picture day at school. We were here for the first time, and were approx 5 minutes late. We live 2 minutes away and there is no sinage in the parking lot explaining how to get in. The girl at the front desk asked our name, told us to wait, and disappeared downstairs. As we were waiting alone in a hallway , my phone rang and it was the salon! ( I did not pick up). The receptionist came back upstairs a few minutes later and said we were over 15 minutes late and the stylist would not see us. I explained we were not 15 minutes late and she then informed me it was 213. We had been waiting in the salon half that time!! I was shocked and she seemed unphased and told me I could reschedule. Stylist never even came up and no one else was there. Bizarre and rude and strangely unprofessional customer service. It would have taken 10 minutes to cut my boy’s hair.

She always does a great job, makes the best suggestions and the products she has recommended have completely transformed my hair. I highly recommend her, especially if you’re like me and don’t always feel like you know exactly what you want done.
