Called same day for a last minute appointment for a haircut. I got lucky that shannon had an open spot. I got the cut I’ve been wanting for years! Anna is **the best** hair diva/goddess I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. She listens to what you want, asks clarifying questions and makes suggestions if it would result in a better outcome, but then wasn’t passive-aggressive when I said no (but she was right and I ended up taking her suggestion the next time ). She has never ever rushed and the end result is consistently an amazing cut and/or color, even better than I’d hoped for.
