The girls are all so nice! Every time I call it feels like I’m just calling a friend to say hi; Such a warm, welcoming vibe. I went to Jill on a referral about 8 months ago and loved her instantly. I have a hard time explaining how I like my hair and I have never really had another stylist that gets me like she does. For reference my hair is shorter underneath, but I like to keep longer pieces on top; an undercut with personality I guess. It is also very thick and Jill doesn’t hesitate at all to use the blade or the thinning shears. She loves what she does, you can tell, and wants to make sure you love it and she’s proud of it. Doesn’t stop until its perfect. And her color: amazing.! It honestly looks as good month 3 and 4 as it does day 1. I get compliments all the time! 6 stars, highly recommend.

Went here to have keratin treatment that another salon failed to do. Was treated great and had a great experience. Had stylist Jill and she was soooo sweet and really took her time to make sure she gave the best experience and that I would leave there feeling good about my hair. She even fixed my haircut that was not so great from another salon due to them rushing. Without a doubt would recommend this salon and stylist Jill!!!

Critical: QualityI had went in there for a trim and they completely butchered my hair off it was almost 6 inches long and she cut it down to a 3 I will never be going to this hair salon again. And then when I tell the lady what happened she said that’s what u asked for like no I asked for at least an inch off the top / a trim. Very disappointed! Service: Haircut

Nice vibe but I left with my stylist, Jill Reynolds. If you’re looking for bright colors go find her at angels on earth just down the street . If you like the stylists at Shear intensity you can enjoy a drink and snack with Wi-Fi here in a very comfortable atmosphere – I was sad to go but loved Jill too much to stay.

I got my hair done here for my Sweet 16 and it came out AMAZING. Everyone there was sooo kind. My hair came out exactly how I wanted it, even better actually. I got compliments on compliments all night long. Even the inside of the hair salon is decorated beautifully and I can definitely say I will be back there. I was scared my hairstyle wouldn’t stay in long enough, but I even slept in it and wore it to work the next day… Looking awesome!! Overall, they definitely reached beyond my expectations and I couldn’t thank them enough for making my night perfect.
