This place is the best!!! I’ve been coming to Shear Innovations since I moved here a couple of years ago. Boy am I glad I found this place. Janie cuts and dyes my hair and she always seems to know exactly what I need. I go in looking like a mess and I come out transformed and looking beautiful. I trust her and her instincts. I know that my hair will always turn out amazing. Try Janie you will love her and you can tell that she is passionate about her work. She takes her time and listens and really takes pride in her work. Leslie the owner always welcomes you with open arms. She only has the best crew working for her and she is one exceptional lady. Thanks Leslie for such an amazing place to come to.

Groupon shopper, very pleased. Holly Anne did an excellent job filling and dyeing my pre-lightened hair, and helped me choose a nice color. She matched my hair to a swatch so I could compare colors myself. Gave me the cut I wanted and it looks amazing. I have bangs and long layers and she definitely did a great job. I like the private vanity nooks, so you don’t get shuffled around the place for washing and drying and cutting. Very nice. Will return.

I came across this place on Groupon…and chose to go ahead and give it a try. Holly B did an excellent job with my hair; I was nervous at first, having not done anything to my hair in years. She was very attentive and detail-oriented, and reassured me that it would be perfect. Although, it took me time to adjust to the highlights, I have since fell in love with them! =)

The atmosphere is nice and friendly. However, my hair is ruined:( I went there because my regular girl couldn’t take me due to vacation. I’ve got a new hairstylist who was quite ruff with my hair. In addition, it took her a while to figure out what I was asking her to do with my hair ( few highlights and root touch up). The end product looked decent except for the lost hair during styling:( however, now my hair is super dry and overall look is awful. I had darker hair on the back and lighter upfront. However, there’s no transitioning of color between two. I look like a person who went to a cheap place to get her hair done. Be aware 🙁

Not only do I go to Shear Innovations to see Janie for my hair needs on a regular basis, I had the team of Shear Innovations come to my house on my wedding day! Janie, Leslie, and Holly were incredible! I had 14 bridesmaids, my mom, mother-in-law, and myself needing our hair done. The SI Team were so professional, timely, skilled, and efficient. Leslie, the owner, practically doubles as a Day-of-Coordinator, as she is so organized, experienced, and prompt. Everyone’s hair, including mine, came out beautiful, and everyone was so happy. I won’t be going here. Making an appointment is a hassle. They said I have to go to the girl who had me last time. I haven’t been there in over a year, I can’t remember her name and they don’t have a name card for me. I Told them to just give me anyone it doesn’t matter but they said I have to go to the person who I went to last. I never heard of that!! This girl also shorten her hours bc of the Summer too. I work a lot I could only go certain days and hours. Well I made an appointment with someone else that will take me right away!

Great place!!! Went because of groupon. Great welcome when you walk in. Then Janie listened to my tales of woe because I have fine straight yukky hair! Walked out of there with a great cut and I can even style it! Whooowhooo!!! Thank you.

This is the worst place ever. I would not recommend anyone going there. They messed my hair up bad N then refused to fix it. The owner is nasty n rude. She told me there was nothing she could do for me. Don’t get yr hair done there
