Very unprofessional, constant complaining about various subjects including clients who cancelled before me, her family members getting COVID, people wearing earbuds, people not holding head straight for a cut. I’m not trying to be someone’s therapist, just trying to get a cute cut, which if you’re wondering, that was not achieved. When I expressed my dissatisfaction she implied that it was my poor communication that was the issue and that she’s not a mind reader (I showed her photos as well as expressed what I wanted) *sigh* It is what it is at this point. I’ve been going here since I was 12. Ended up moving out of the area for a few years and trust me, this is the only salon that I trust to do my hair. Deanna does a great job with hiring great hairdressers and she is a great hairdresser herself. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I have never had an issue getting hair done here. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Pricing is affordable, as well. Would definitely pay extra if I had to because they are great. They always know exactly what I’m talking about and can definitely make it happen.

Had Colleen highlight my hair and she really did a wonderful job. I have had my hair highlighted before and it was a very long time to sit and wait as I have thick hair. Colleen did underneath and everything and did it well and quickly. Also thought the price was good as the service. Great job will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, I could not give a zero star score. The complete and utter disrespect of the owner and coworkers is mind boggling. I never leave negative reviews about a place but after leaving Shear Images on the verge of angry tears because of the verbal attack I received for no reason, I will NEVER go back. And if this saves other customers from suffering the same fate, then I have done my job. Just because a salon can cut hair doesn’t give them the right to treat paying customers with such hostility. My family, friends, and myself will be taking our business elsewhere.
