Critical: ProfessionalismI just gave my 79 year old Mother a ride to this salon. She was treated in a reprimanding and demeaning manner by the hair stylist Tony throughout the entire appointment. Tony said that it was ” Expletive”…….. That my mothers sister was also getting a haircut that day and was in a general foul mood throught the experience – complaining about having work appointmes while verbalizing her apparent contempt for my Mother who has been a good customer for many years and whom always goes out of her way to be nice to people and to tip. Other customers seemed surprised by this hair stylists behaviour.
