I went in today for my first time and met Jules, yes we have the same name. My hair had grown out and it was half black and gray and half blonde. It hadn’t been done in a year and it was an absolute mess. I’ve never walked out of a hair salon in 30 years happier than I walked out of there today, it looks amazing! I don’t know how she blended it and fixed it but she is a miracle worker and I will be going there from now on.
