I would usually give 5 star but I’ve been trying to get our hair cut for over a month now with our usual hair stylist and NOTHING. I even had to call the shop because she refuses to answer my txt now. The lady told me the appt over the phone and NEVER WROTE IT IN THE BOOK. So the girl that told me “took my #” and said I’ll pass it along and have her txt you. Its a whole other day I still haven’t heard anything from her BUT she’ll txt my sister back and does my sisters hair. My sister dont need to call in she can just txt. Ik I didnt do anything wrong so WHY SO UNPROFESSIONAL???
