Unfortunately, I really tried my hardest not to post a negative review. I reached out to management via their website with no return contact. A week ago Friday, I had an appointment at 9am. I had never been to this salon and was extremely hopeful to find someone since we are new to the area. I produced a picture of the color I was looking for and asked for a haircut (lots of layers since I have thin hair). I was patient and trusted the process. I never judged the stylist for being “new”. I didn’t complain while I waited (she had other clients with appointments). However, after she cut my hair and it was dried, I noticed it was way darker than what I had asked her for. I nicely voiced my concern with tears in my eyes. She told me “I think there was some miscommunication.” I proceeded to show her the picture again and placed it next to my hair. It wasn’t even comparable. Another stylist came over and proceeded to have her do the cap method on my hair to remove the toner. At this point I had been there 6 hours. Once completed, it was my natural hair color. They tried telling me it was the “shadow” from the lighting as to why it didn’t seem lighter. It wasn’t what I had asked for. The stylist proceeded to bully me stating that I needed to pay in full and she would fix it for free next time. I was there 6 hours! I wasn’t allowed to leave and get food or something to drink because I had foils in my hair. I wasted my day sitting in a chair. In the end I was charged for the haircut (which was wrong) and half of the toner (which was removed). I placed an email request to have contact from the manager/owner the next day. This is not how a business should run. I can see if I were rude, or nasty but I was nothing but kind. I still tipped the stylist. It saddens me that you can force someone to pay for 6 and a half hours of wasted day with nothing to show for it except a terrible haircut and an inch of roots showing. (Pictures were taken.) As management, I would have remedied the situation immediately.

Cute little salon tucked away and hidden in downtown Casa Grande. Been here for two years and never noticed this place til I made an appointment online and had to drive here. They surprisingly offer a ton of services and unfortunately I’ve only had my lashes done here so far. Valerie did an amazing job with my lashes and they looked so natural and stayed on really well. I did a two week as well as a three week touch up and I will definitely say, even though it costs more, I recommend going in every two weeks because that one week difference was huge when it comes to maintenance and how much longer she has to work on touching it up. Prices were affordable and overall I would definitely recommend you check it out.
