Critical: QualityI can say the last time was excellent. This time horrible. Me, my husband, and my daughter went in and she had all 3 of is done in 15 minutes. My husband was ok but my daughter and me have extremely thick hair we needed a split ends and layered and I needed my undercut trimmed. She trimmed out dead ends and that was it. Everyone who knows me knows the top of my hair is layered and feather. I absolutely look awful. She did nothing to it. She put the chair down ready to let me out when I had to mention to her that she don’t even toch my undercut. I can say the last time was excellent. This time horrible. Me, my husband, and my daughter went in and she had all 3 of is done in 15 minutes. My husband was ok but my daughter and me have extremely thick hair we needed a split ends and layered and I needed my undercut trimmed. She trimmed out dead ends and that was it. Critical: Quality, ValueMyself, my mother and stepfather went in for haircuts and paid $20 EACH for 5 minutes each in the chair. I asked for split ends cut and layered and all that was done was split ends. My mother asked for layers and her undercut touched up. She didnt layer it or even touch the undercut. She only trimmed. My stepdad was ok I guess because she only trimmed with the clippers. Absolutely awful! How does anyone cut 3 peoples hair in 15 minutes??? I wont be back. Myself, my mother and stepfather went in for haircuts and paid $20 EACH for 5 minutes each in the chair. I asked for split ends cut and layered and all that was done was split ends.
