SHEAR EXPRESSIONS HAIR AND NAILSALON

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI arrived for my appointment and called the salon asking where to enter. I was told I missed my appointment and she did not have time for me. As I was surprised, I asked if she would direct me into the salon so I would know where to go in the future. I Reminded her she messaged me to reschedule my appointment from the day before and proposed the time which I was there for. Her response was “I was messaging a lot people that day”. She then said I guess I can fit you in as I have an hour. I should have Left then due to the rude treatment but I wanted my nails done and did not want to wait for a new appointment somewhere else. She used a dremmel type tool to grind of all polish with no acetone. My nails are now ruined as they are very thin and tear even with polish.
