I met a woman working at Rite Aide and noticed she had a terrific hairstyle. I asked her where she had her hair done and she told me “Shear Expressions.” She said to ask for Michelle. I knew my hair was not right but didn’t know why until Michelle pointed out that my previous hair dresser had cut it all wrong.My hair color was also too dark as I left the color on too long. She has slowly been making things right and my hair is awesome. It is the right color, it is layered perfectly, she has kept the length and because she always does such a great cut my hair is so much easier to take care of.

I called and they immediately set up a new appointment to re do the perm (after assessing the problem ) I love my new perm and I’m so happy with my decision to call them back so they could fix my hair .
