Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueFirst time I used this place was today. The shears were dull and pulled my hair rather than cutting it. The guy cut my hair in about 5 minutes and barely spent anytime making sure it was correct. The fade is one of the worst I seen with areas that are bald and other areas it looks like he didn’t even touch. When he was done he asked me how it looked but didn’t hand me a mirror and the closest mirror was about 5ft away so when I said I couldn’t see and got up to go to the mirror he said something under his breath about me getting hair everywhere. First time I used this place was today. The shears were dull and pulled my hair rather than cutting it. The guy cut my hair in about 5 minutes and barely spent anytime making sure it was correct. The fade is one of the worst I seen with areas that are bald and other areas it looks like he didn’t even touch. I mean what do you expect? Try having respect for their time and see how you get treated! This place has amazing customer service!!!!!!!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI have got my haircut here every since I moved from the other side of the state in January. They do a great job with hair cuts, but ever since Michelle sold the business to Jamie, customer service is lacking greatly. Casey cuts my hair and is always a pleasure to talk to. I always tip graciously, as I know they work hard and I schedule haircuts every 2 weeks, since my hair grows so fast.Since I moved I have had 4 times previous to today where I was running late by a few minutes, today I was on a business call that ran late and I called 6 minutes after appointment to reschedule with Casey, she was able to switch me to Friday. I then get a call and voicemail from Jamie asking for me to call back. Now I have been going here for 6 months and haven’t had a period where I was late in 2 months. I call back and she tells me because I have been late or called after appointment, that they are cancelling my appointment for Friday. I then explain my situation, she doesn’t care and repeats the same thing. I clarify if they still want my business and she beat around the bush, until I ask her to be direct and she said they don’t. So at this point I understand they are busy, but being considerate is a two way street and it is also important to have facts, so one doesn’t exaggerate the truth. I have got my haircut here every since I moved from the other side of the state in January. They do a great job with hair cuts, but ever since Michelle sold the business to Jamie, customer service is lacking greatly. Casey cuts my hair and is always a pleasure to talk to. Positive: ValueJamie always does a great job and always accomdates her schedule to get me in. I really appreciate those people who work for themselves. Remember their time is valuable. That’s how they make their living so i always make a point to be on time or early so not to put them behind so everyone after doesn’t have to wait.Service: Haircut
