I scheduled an appointment with this place for 11am. I had the appointment for over a week. I was super excited to finally get my hair done after having my second baby. We drove from Wasilla to make sure we had a babysitter for the kids. Everything was planned out perfectly. I got there 5 mins before my appointment time. They told me they already gave my appointment away. The rep that set up my appointment didn’t make sure my number was correct in the system. They texted but since the number was one number off, it didn’t get sent to me. I wasn’t even late to my appointment and since they didn’t get a confirmation they cancelled my appointment. The lady at the check in desk was very rude and said “we just don’t have anyone to do you hair, we gave your appointment away already” it was booked all week for 11am. I got there early and they just didn’t care. Do they not know how hard it is to get 3 kids out of the house from Wasilla into town with a babysitter and be there early? I will not be booking another appointment with them. They do not appreciate their customers time. They do not care about customer service. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Showed my stylist, Ray Lin, a picture of what I wanted and she did the complete opposite. Chopped my hair off with straight across bangs and now I look like Dora the Explorer. $55 .. wow. One side is shorter than the other and she didn’t even take the time to fully style. Kinda lazy and definitely not a good listener

I got a womens hair cut. A dramatic a frame cut, the hairstylist did a small amount of flat ironing and charged me for it mind you my hair is extremely short longest part is near my chin line. I was so upset I usually tip very well. But because she charged me for a flat iron which cost an extra $30 for something that she did in 2 minutes was uncalled for. I come from a small town and to have her think she can screw me over like that was messed up. Not to mention I had just came from another salon that chopped my hair off and gave me a straight bob instead of an a frame cut. DO NOT RECOMMEND what so ever!

My haircut is very simple and only needed an inch trim, I’m growing out my hair. My hair is uneven and one side is longer then the other. My stylist was more concerned talking with the other stylist. She never checked her work and as a result I need to go shorter to fix my hair. When I made the appointment, the person told me, we are very particular about who we hire, they need to know how to cut hair. And I paid too much for a messed up haircut!!

Great workers in the shop(reason for 2 stars) but to get charged with a $53 men’s hair cut(just a crew cut) to do a terrible job. Hair cut unfinished, never made a second run after washing the cut hair off.

I loved my experience at this hair salon. Courtney did my hair and made me very welcome. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted so she helped me decide and I couldn’t love it more. She consulted with the manager and they worked together to find what was right for me. I’ve been struggling to find a salon as the last two I used to go to closed. I will definitely always be coming back here.
